We provide business consulting and advisory services. Services are delivered based on professional experience and judgment; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments may be scheduled using TidyCal

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions

  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are communicated at the time of booking or in writing

Payments and Billing

  • Invoices and payments are processed through Stripe

  • Payment terms are stated on invoices or written agreements

  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use advice and deliverables responsibly and at your own discretion

  • Make timely payments

  • Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or service-related matters

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, methodologies, documents, and frameworks provided are the intellectual property of Candid Business Consulting LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought in a state or federal court located within Rock County, Wisconsin.
