    Services Include: Two (2) coaching sessions per month (up to 60 minutes each), Agenda-setting and priority alignment, Decision support and trade-off clarity, Light review of materials shared in advance.

    Plus: Bi-weekly, active decision maker. For Owners navigating change, growth, or complexity. 

    Services Include: Three (3) coaching sessions per month (up to 60 minutes each), Ongoing strategic guidance and decision support, Review and feedback on plans, priorities, or drafts, Limited email or async support between sessions

    Executive: High-stakes leadership role, frequent decisions. For High-responsibility leaders who need a consistent, candid advisor. 

    Services Include: Four (4) coaching sessions (up to 60 minutes each), Priority and decision management, Real-time issue processing and strategic reframing, Unlimited async support (within reason).
